Dr. Kevin Rice embarked on his journey with NC State University in June 2003 and has since played a pivotal role as the Director of Learning & Organizational Development. With an illustrious 18-year career spanning both the public and private sectors, Kevin has become a seasoned expert in organizational and individual performance improvement.

Throughout his career, Kevin has been a driving force in presenting best practices in various domains such as effective team decision-making, problem-solving, project management, business ethics, and leadership principles. His wealth of knowledge has made a significant impact on the enhancement of organizational capabilities and individual performance.

In the private sector, Kevin contributed his expertise to SciQuest.com, where he worked with the implementation team, and to Interpath Communications, where he engaged in performance consulting and sales training. Beyond this, he has collaborated with leaders at prestigious institutions such as Columbia University and GE Aviation. Kevin also directed a research initiative at Clemson University's Strom Thurmond Institute, showcasing his versatile skill set.

Kevin's educational journey is marked by his dedication to continuous learning. He holds two graduate degrees from Clemson University, a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership earned in 2001, and a Master's in Human Resource Development obtained in 1994. His academic pursuits began with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from NC State University in 1993.
