With the speed of technology these days, choosing the wrong tech can put you out of customers’ minds and out of business. Most SMB just needs a guru to help navigate these decisions as they arise while also maintaining an excellent user experience for both the customer and employee.
Specializing in finding these solutions through years of research, application, and working in many industries has made me understand what “Works” in some industries will work in others. People forget, technology is just a tool, and without the right tools getting work done can be hard.
I also am committed to the practice of Kaizen. Kaizen is a concept referring to business activities that continuously improve all functions and involve all employees from the CEO to the assembly line workers. By improving standardized programs and processes, Kaizen aims to eliminate waste.
